For those who have not heard: Ralph James “Jim” Amsbaugh, 78, of Roscoe died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013. Born Aug. 5, 1934, in Mansfield, Ohio to Ralph H. and Alberta E. Amsbaugh. Married Joan J. Kerr on June 2, 1956, in Iberia, Ohio. Served his country as a Marine in Korea.
