We have converted over to Voice-over-IP phone service and our provider is getting things wrong! Our phone number was supposed to be moved onto our new service last Wednesday but wasn’t! In the mean time, if you call our number it gives a message that it has been disconnected, which it has been because our old phone account has been cancelled for the transfer. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a 14-day procedure has now turned into an 18-day procedure with a major flaw. They gave us a number very close to our old one but one digit was wrong! AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! So today, they gave us another TEMPORARY number for the(supposedly) short time it will take to assign us our proper phone number.
Oy, oy, oy. My head hurts!
